One of the worst comments that you hear is, 'is that a pimple?' I mean if it clearly is a pimple - why bring it to everyone's attention! All through high-school I faced a massive acne problem and was tired of my mother's constant statements like 'It's just hormonal changes your body is going through.' I went to see many skin specialists and even acne specialists but whatever soaps, ointments, creams and medicines they prescribed - didn't seem to work.

My prom night was coming up and unlike other girls who were super excited, I was dreading the event. I did not want to go in a gorgeous dress with a face that said otherwise.
